Theoretical Framework
Wednesday 29th September 2021 Learning Objective: To apply the theoretical framework to media texts. Media Language: All the different elements used to construct any media product. Camerawork: The camerawork in a film is the way it has been filmed , especially if the style is interesting or unusual in some way. The director employs sensuous, atmospheric camerawork and deft dramatic touches. Stabling shot- Usually used with a type of location. Long shot- Where a human is in front of the camera. Medium long shot- Where there is action going on with the person in front of the camera. Mid shot- Its where the shot only gets part of the persons body in. (waist up) Close up shot- Shows the persons face shows how they feel. Soundtrack: Soundtrack includes all of the sound heard in a film/TV show.
